Day 9: LJL(FUOYE Chapter) 10 Days Visibility Challenge

“The law must be stable, but it must not stand still.”quote by Roscoe Pound

The more I look into law and technology, the more questions I seem to have.

Technology keeps moving, AI is moving, social media is moving, data is everywhere, digital businesses keep evolving. The bad guys are lurking.

And then there is the law trying to make sense of all of it.

So this got me thinking:

Should the law always wait for technology to create a problem before it responds?

Yunno lawyers can be involved early enough to help shape how these technologies are built and used.

I honestly don’t have a perfect answer yet and can’g say much due to my knowledge scope.
ALL I know is that law and technology should grow together?

I did not even know you were studying law. I followed your last Post and  learnt that even Nigeria is making progress. Technology advancement is incredibly growing fast and regulation and order has to be maintained
